BCR Group and Arval Romania conclude the transfer of the operational leasing activities of BCR fleet management

BCR Group and Arval Romania have finalized the agreement for the transfer of a part of BCR Fleet Management’s operational leasing activity.

The Competition Council validated the transaction by which Arval Romania takes over, starting November 1, 2022 the control over the fleet, considering that this acquisition does not raise obstacles in the competition area.

The new partnership will include future joint activities to promote sustainable mobility services, in line with the development strategies and directions of both companies.
