Online supermarket Sezamo has introduced cash payment for online orders
Online supermarket Sezamo, part of the European Rohlik group, has introduced cash payment for orders placed online. Thus, customers can opt for three options to pay the purchase price: with the card online, with the card at the courier or in cash at the courier. The order can be made from a selection of over 11,000 products and is delivered in 3 hours or on time, with a delivery window of 15 minutes or one hour depending on customer preference.
Cash payment was introduced on December 19, Romania thus becoming the third country in the Rohlik group, in addition to the Czech Republic and Hungary, where this payment option was introduced.
Cash payment is available for individuals for amounts not exceeding 10,000 RON, and for legal entities, amounts not exceeding 5,000 RON. In the case of legal entities, there are also customers who choose to pay by term, after 14 days.
“Customers asked, we brought. This is how Sezamo works. We are customer-obsessed, we are here for all our customers, so every request we receive from them is analyzed separately and, where possible, implemented. We are here to make people’s lives better and we work on that every day”, said Tomáš Chadzivasilis, Chief Executive Officer of Sezamo Romania.
More than a third of the products offered by Sezamo come from local producers of fruits, vegetables, sausages, dairy products and bee products from all over the country. Customers can enjoy products from local brands such as Huzur, Moș Iosif, Brot Manufactur, Arc Bakery, Lolita, Vascar, Grivița Brewery, Deltaica or Origini. There is also a wide range of BIO and organic products, including the recognized European brands Alnatura and Alce Nero, and customers can apply search filters to find products more easily according to their dietary preferences or needs.
All ordered products are delivered to customers from the 12,000 sqm warehouse located in the north of Bucharest, which includes ambient storage spaces and temperature-controlled units, which allow products to be kept in the best possible conditions and reduce energy costs.
