Have you secured funds through Casa Verde Fotovoltaice? Choose Enel as an AFM (Environment Fund Administration) validated installer in order to become a prosumer (P)
The funds for this year’s edition of the AFM – Casa Verde Fotovoltaice program were exhausted in just a few minutes in each of the regions established by the authorities, and, in total, over 86,600 individuals across the country fully reserved the budget allocated to this project. They will receive funding to become prosumers by installing photovoltaic panels to produce electricity to cover their consumption needs and deliver the surplus to the national grid.
The next stage that future prosumers within the Casa Verde Fotovoltaice program have to go through is to choose an installer validated by AFM (Environment Fund Administration). Enel is one of them, having been validated as an installer for the third consecutive year. On its business card are listed over 600 successfully completed projects and efficient management of over 15 million lei within this national project.
The future prosumers within Casa Verde Fotovoltaice receive financing in the amount of maximum 20,000 lei but will have to bear their own contribution of 2,000 lei. “In this session, the amount financed by AFM is deducted by the validated installer from the total value of the invoice, and the difference up to the total value of the invoice is borne by the beneficiary from its own financial sources”, say Enel experts.
Being a consistent investment for each household, it is very important for applicants to carefully choose the installer with whom they will subsequently install the photovoltaic system. As a validated installer, Enel advises applicants to choose a reliable partner who can:
- support the installation project from beginning to commissioning
- carry out the documentation for updating the prosumer connection certificate and provide consultancy for obtaining the prosumer status
- provide a photovoltaic system with superior efficiency, so that the return on investment is achieved in the shortest possible time
- do not require advance payment of amounts different from the beneficiary’s own contribution, also mentioned in the guide
Individuals who have reserved funds for Casa Verde Fotovoltaice 2023 can select from the AFM platform the installer with whom they want to continue implementing the project. They have 90 days to select the installer and receive a response from them regarding eligibility and correctness of documents. During the program, the beneficiary has the option to change his installer only once.
In order to guarantee a minimum installation time, Enel provides the participants in this program with teams of specialized installers for each region of the country. Thus, regardless of the area in which the beneficiaries are located, they can count on consulting services to easily go through the other stages until they become prosumers. Enel assists in preparing the necessary documentation and obtaining essential documents from the distribution system operator (e.g. technical connection notice), including the signing of the sale-purchase agreement for the energy produced.
Enel’s technical offer comprises eight photovoltaic panel solutions, with installed powers ranging from 3 kWp to 10 kWp, with single-phase or three-phase connections. The prices of these solutions start at 22,200 lei and, depending on the power and type of connection, can reach 56,067 lei. From these amounts, customers have to pay, for a turnkey solution, between 2,200 lei and 36,067 lei.
The photovoltaic systems offered by Enel contain, in addition to photovoltaic panels and inverter, a Wi-Fi module that communicates in real time with the application and shows production, an electrical panel and an IP65 meter. The transport and installation of these systems are included in the package offered by Enel. More details about Enel’s offer are available at https://www.enel.ro/casaverde.
The beneficiaries of the Casa Verde Fotovoltaice program can count on Enel as a reliable partner, being an AFM validated installer and advisor with experience in technical evaluation and obtaining approvals, in order to join faster those who enjoy, as prosumers, reduced costs and long-term energy efficiency.
