Hidroelectrica launched the iHidro mobile app for its customers

Hidroelectrica launched the iHidro mobile application for its clients. iHidro is available for Android and iOS systems, also offering a desktop version for accessing from a computer.

Key features of the iHidro app include:

• Consumption monitoring: On the main page of the application, customers can check their current balance and quickly access the last bill issued. They can also access the consumption history graph section and report the auto-read index for better power consumption management.

• Management of places of consumption: with iHidro, customers can manage all places of consumption for which they have a contract. Thus, they can monitor and control energy consumption for multiple addresses in a convenient and efficient way.

• Useful Sections: The iHidro application is divided into several sections, including:

• Invoicing: The invoices issued and the history of payments made are available here.

• Usage: This section allows entering the self-read index and consulting the consumption history.

• My Account: In this section, customers can manage their profiles and personal details.

• Services: In this section, a link to the client.hidroelectrica portal is available, and a link to Q Desk – the application for managing complaints and reports, will be added soon.

Hidroelectrica is the largest producer of green energy in Romania and the main provider of technological services needed in the National Energy System, being a vital company for a strategic sector, with implications for national security. The company operates a number of 187 power plants, with a hydropower capacity of 6.3 GW. Added to them is the Crucea wind farm, with an installed power of 108 MW.
