Nhood Romania announces the new Executive Committee
Following the structuring of real estate services around three business lines – Property & Asset Services (P.A.S.), Resources & Fund Investment (R.F.I.), Development (DEV.) – the new executive committee of Nhood Romania is made up of 3 directors, one for each business line: Gabriela Piștalu – PAS Director, Elena Bocan – RFI Director and Ruxandra Dragomir – DEV Director. The new governance of Nhood Romania will report directly to the management committee of Nhood Corporate, based in Lille, France.
In June, Nhood announced a restructuring of its real estate services, implemented in 10 countries, including France, the company’s home country. Each of these business lines is led by an International Director and a Local Director. Nhood thus has a customized structure, created on the best practices for a service company – agility, expertise, focusing on the needs of people, customers, and projects.
Therefore, the new executive committee of Nhood Romania consists of Gabriela Piștalu – P.A.S. Director, Elena Bocan – R.F.I. Director. and Ruxandra Dragomir – DEV Director.
During her 11 years of activity at Immochan/Ceetrus and Nhood, Gabriela Piştalu held successive positions in the Financial, Asset, and Property departments, and participated in all the important operations that marked the creation and evolution of the company in Romania.
The Property and Asset department provides a wide range of services, from building management, tenant management, leasing strategy, and specialty leasing, to reporting and finance, ESG services, and operational marketing.
Elena Bocan has been part of the Nhood Romania team since May 2023, she has more than 15 years of managerial experience and an attitude oriented towards the commercial area and services. Her experience spans a period of 25 years, during which she has accumulated solid financial knowledge and a consistent track record on the banking market in Romania and Serbia.
The R.F.I department encompasses the activity of the financial-accounting, IT, legal, human resources, internal control, compliance and corporate communication departments, with the role of streamlining operations and increasing the company’s performance.
Ruxandra Dragomir took over the position of Development Director of the company in 2014, being responsible for the development and expansion strategy on the local market, in line with the vision of transformation and regeneration of cities through mixed-use projects. Previously, she held the position of Development Director for Decathlon, where she handled the expansion of the store network in Romania.
The Development Department supports partners with the following services: opportunity studies, feasibility studies and business plans; concept, architecture and design; management of authorizations and compliance documents; construction strategy and execution; project management; expansion services.
Since the creation of Nhood, the client portfolio has expanded beyond traditional clients such as Auchan and Ceetrus, and the company’s aim is to serve property owners and local authorities. 2023 is a year of cohesion and success for Nhood, a year of great business development, that’s why we remain focused on ambitious business goals – to become the preferred partner for real estate solutions and services, proposing attractive offers for places to live better, allowing us to differentiate ourselves and increase our performance.
