BRCC Champions from seven different categories collected their prizes during an amazing evening on the 22 nd of February at Bragadiru Palace

The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce was delighted to organize the 2nd Edition of the BRCC AWARDS GALA this year, after the success of the first edition aiming to recognize the champions of 2023 in business, NGO’s and Education, and continuing to provide excellent services for their members and community.

The gala honored seven winners who were acknowledged for their ambition, resilience, and innovative contributions in supporting their communities, addressing current environmental challenges, and fostering the relationship between United Kingdom and Romania. More than 120 international attendees gathered last Thursday to collectively celebrate the recipients of the 2023 BRCC Awards.

 Our guests enjoyed a quality evening with special artistic moments over a 3-course banquet dinner, together with amazing drinks provided by Ursus and Coffee Bike. All these were accompanied by a special moment offered by the talented band ConsMusic, who delighted us with live music. Another special moment of the evening was the announcement offered by Ionut Nache, Owner Inaq Consulting regarding the BRCC certification on ESG standards, becoming the 1 st Bilateral Chamber that will be acknowledged and leader in sustainable business, demonstrating once again our ESG commitment.

BRCC extends a round of applauses to all their nominees and winners to various categories in celebrating business success stories from every corner around the UK and Romania.

The BRCC winners this year are:

‘The 2024 Gala Awards organized by the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce has received many interesting nominations. We, the jury, were honored to have had the opportunity to learn about all these wonderful projects, and also the difficult task of selecting the winners. The process was transparent to the nominees and all jury members sent their votes to the BRCC team for centralization, before sharing with me as the Head of Jury, to validate the results. Personally, I found ranking the nominations was a difficult task, as there were many impactful projects to consider, but only one winner in each category!’ concluded Mihai Marinescu, Head of Jury and Business Transformation Director at EY Romania.
