Filip & Company assists Digi Group in contracting a 150 million euros loan

Filip & Company acted as lead counsel to Digi Romania (formerly RCS & RDS) and Digi Communications on a 150 million euros term loan to be used to refinance 450 million euros in bonds issued in 2020 and maturing in 2025.
