Electrica and Esyasoft (EAU) establish a company dedicated to energy storage technologies and the digitalization of electrical networks

Electrica and Esyasoft (EAU) have officially signed the documents establishing the new company within the Electrica Group, called Electrica Esyasoft Smart Solutions, for energy storage technologies and the digitalization of electrical networks.

Electrica Esyasoft Smart Solutions S.A. (owned 25 percent by Societatea Energetică Electrica S.A. and 75 percent by Esyasoft Enterprise Holding RSC LTD) will focus on smart grid technologies (including storage solutions – batteries and grid digitalization). With a team of experienced professionals and a robust strategic plan, it aims to have a substantial impact on the Romanian energy sector.
