Bucharest is adding a new top culinary destination, with the launch of Zeno Herăstrău restaurant, which replaces the previous Zexe Herăstrău. Inaugurated on December 15, it brings to the forefront a gastronomic concept that celebrates global culinary diversity, while preserving, at the same time, the well-known richness of Romanian cuisine.
Behind a courageous culinary rebranding initiative stands a shareholder with vision and involvement. ‘Every detail counts, from the presentation of the dishes to the impeccable service. I want Zeno Herăstrău to become a premium destination for Bucharesters and tourists alike; a first choice for business people who need a discreet and select space, for families who want outings where they can indulge in exceptional food and for those looking for the perfect destination for successful exclusive events. In addition, another strong point is the bar, which emphasizes a selection of spectacular dishes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, says Daniel Busurcă, the restaurant’s shareholder.

I can say that almost half of my life has been spent around the love for authentic Romanian food. Today I am happy to start a new chapter that addresses an audience in search of holistic gastronomic experiences. There are still lovers of Romanian tradition, which inspires us to further explore the beauty of local selections elevated to the rank of art. At the same time, a new name and logo allow us to respond to current times, introducing a global culinary concept for the a la carte menu and for corporate parties or private events. The new menu takes guests through exceptional Romanian dishes (as before), but we add French culinary poetry, Italian passion and oriental incursions.’
