Here too, customers can access competitive offers for electricity and natural gas, as well as advanced energy solutions, including photovoltaic systems and energy-efficient equipment.

For customers who prefer to pay in cash, there are self-pay payment machines located in PPC Energie stores, as well as in the Profi, Auchan, Mega Image, Carrefour, Kaufland and other grocery store chains. To accommodate customers who want to be able to pay their bills directly in PPC Energie stores, a POS payment solution has been implemented in most of them.

For assistance through the call center, customers can contact the PPC Energie team at 021.9977, callable from Romania and abroad, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 20:00, except for public holidays. This number can also be used to request information about invoices, balances or contracts, and customers can activate services such as electronic billing.
