Adrem signs agreement with ROCA Investments for sale of 20 percent stake

Adrem, one of the most important players in the energy services sector in Romania, announced an agreement with private equity investor ROCA Investments, for a 20 percent minority stake. The transaction will be subject to the approval of the Competition Council and other competent authorities.
