Packeta Romania aims for 25 percent growth in 2025 revenues

Packeta Romania, a digital platform for e-commerce and a member of Packeta Group, recorded a 19 percent increase in revenue in 2024, reaching 26 million Euro. For this year, it estimates 25 percent growth, driven by the continuous development of its services.
“The eCommerce and logistics industries are undergoing rapid transformation. To meet the increasing demands of both consumers and partners, we will continue investing in infrastructure and technologies that enhance delivery efficiency. In 2025, we are focusing on strengthening our pick-up point network, optimizing logistics processes, and expanding international deliveries – all to provide a more accessible, faster, and more efficient experience,” said Alexandr Jeleascov, Managing Director of Packeta Romania.
Packeta Romania continued the expansion of its pick-up point network in 2024, reaching 1,031 proprietary locations out of a total of over 6,100 pick-up and drop-off points developed in collaboration with local partners.
In 2025, Packeta Romania will continue investing in strengthening its network by relocating service points from low-demand areas to high-potential locations and establishing new partnerships to enhance national coverage.
“Packeta Group aims to reinforce its delivery network in emerging markets across Central and Eastern Europe, aligning with our regional growth strategy. Our priorities include diversifying delivery options and developing strategic partnerships to reduce transit times and enhance the customer experience. Packeta Romania remains a key regional hub for neighboring markets, including Bulgaria and Greece, facilitating cross-border operations,” added Alexandr Jeleascov.
Packeta Romania currently operates two warehouses, located in Bucharest and Oradea. In response to the growing parcel volume, investments are planned for 2025 to expand the Oradea facility.
Additionally, Romania’s integration into the Schengen Area will enable the optimization of international transport and support the expansion of deliveries to Bulgaria, Greece, and Hungary.
Cross-border deliveries handled by Packeta Romania in 2024 increased by 22 percent, driven by the expansion of its logistics infrastructure and growing demand for fast international shipping.
For 2025, the company forecasts a 25 percent growth in cross-border deliveries, fueled by the expansion of its operations in Bulgaria, Greece, and Hungary.
