Appraisal and Valuation shares will start trading on the AeRO market on September 2

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that on Thursday, September 2, the shares of Appraisal & Valuation, a company that offers appraisal, consulting and real estate development services, will start trading on the AeRO market under the ticker APP. The company is present in the Romanian and Republic of Moldova markets and is known for the NAI Romania brand.

Appraisal & Valuation listing comes after a private placement held in June 2021. The company issued 387,000 new shares, sold at a price of RON 11,5 per share. The future-AeRO market issuer managed to attract from the capital market investors funds worth RON 4,450,500. During the placement, 115 investors subscribed to the offer, out of which 19 qualified and 96 retail investors. The private placement and listing were made with the support of TradeVille.
