ARIR awards the performance and investor communication at ARIR Gala on November 13

Individual investors are invited to vote for the best company in Investor Relations

The Association for Investor Relations on the Romanian Stock Exchange (ARIR) awards the best companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and professionals in communicating with investors for the third time at the ARIR Gala (Gala ARIR) on November 13, 2021.

Prizes for the 8 categories will be awarded based on the evaluations of institutional investors, individual investors and capital market specialists.

On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of ARIR, we thank all the 35 members, companies concerned with best practices in communicating with investors.“

The categories awarded at the ARIR GALA in 2021 are:

A. Rankings made by institutional investors around the world, active in the Romanian capital market, through the Institutional Investor platform.

• Best General Manager (CEO)
• Best CFO
• The Best Company from the perspective of the activity in the Investor Relations
• The Best Professional in Investor Relations

Ranking made by individual investors, invited to vote between October 20 – November 5, 2021 the company with which they communicated best in the last year, through the ARIR website (www.ir-romania.ro/gala-2021 ). We encourage investors to rate the transparency of companies, the quality of reporting, communication from the perspective of availability and proactivity of the team for Investor Relations.

o The best Company from the perspective of the activity in the Investor Relations

Ranking made by individual investors, invited to vote between October 20 – November 5, 2021 the company with which they communicated best in the last year, through the ARIR website (www.ir-romania.ro/gala-2021 ). We encourage investors to rate the transparency of companies, the quality of reporting, communication from the perspective of availability and proactivity of the team for Investor Relations.

o The best Company from the perspective of the activity in the Investor Relations

Ranking made by a specialized, independent jury based on a set of criteria defined together with top specialists in the market – more detailshere.

o Best Sustainability Report

The listed companies will be able to apply through a representative for this evaluation, the request will be sent to ARIR (contact@ir-romania.ro) until October 30, 2021 and will include the link to the sustainability report.

The jury consists of Adina Ardeleanu – Co-Founder of Financial Intelligence, Adrian Codîrlașu – Vice President of CFA Romania, Cristian Petre, Investment Manager – NN Pensii, Mihaela Stoica – General Manager of Intercapital Invest and Mugur Popescu – Director of BCR Pensii.

• Best Board Design Award together with ENVISIA – Boards of Elite

The ARIR Gala is organized with the support of the partners of the IMPACT Developer & Contractor (top residential developer in Romania, ARIR associate member) and Purcari  (one of the most important wine producers in Eastern and Central Europe, ARIR associate member).
