One United Properties announces the handover of One Cotroceni Park Phase I

One United Properties, developer of residential, mixed-use and office real estate in Romania, listed on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, announces the handover of One Cotroceni Park Phase I, an office and commercial building. Phase I of the development has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 46,000 sqm. At this time, 75 percent of the office and commercial space has been rented.

One Cotroceni Park is an urban regeneration project in Bucharest, with mixed functionalities, consisting of a residential area with over 850 apartments, as well as two office buildings and commercial spaces, delivered in two phases. Phase I of the office component of One Cotroceni Park was completed at the end of 2021. At the same time, the developer One United Properties started the works for Phase II of the project that currently cover the structure + 8 levels. Phase II with a gross leasable area of ​​35,000 sqm will be delivered in 2022.

Among the companies that will be based at One Cotroceni Park there are: Superbet, the largest sports betting operator in Romania and in the top 30 in the world, Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania, the Romanian subsidiary of the largest railway carrier in Europe, or SII Romania, multinational company specializing in software development services (digital and engineering) and IT outsourcing.

The company’s current portfolio includes 101,000 sqm of office space, and it includes One Tower, One Cotroceni Park Office Phase I, One North Gate and One Herastrau Office.
