Polish software engineering company Spyrosoft Solutions opens first office in Romania
Software engineering company Spyrosoft Solutions from Poland opened at the beginning of April a local office in Timisoara, in Vox Technology Park, where it leased 400 square meters of office space.
Spyrosoft is specialised in the automotive segment, developing and implementing the bespoke software as well as providing support and consultancy in the field of software solutions destined for the auto industry. The company recently decided to expand its activity in the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and the new office in Romania will be focused on this activity.
”We decided to approach new challenges in the field of ADAS functions and we chose Timisoara because this is one of the most recognizable automotive hubs in Europe. For many years, Timisoara ensures access to a large pool of engineers specialising in designing automotive software solutions, which is a great opportunity for us. Our goal is to establish a big-size research & development centre, focused on software development for our automotive clients,” stated Witold Leder, CEO of Spyrosoft Solutions.
The company intends to hire over 100 specialists, which will add to the current team existing in Timisoara. Spyrosoft Solutions has its offices in Poland, Croatia, Germany, and the USA.
”Even since the early planning stages, we wanted Vox Technology Park to represent an ecosystem for IT and research and development specialised companies, in which teams could grow and employees can benefit from a modern working environment, which enhances collaboration. Thus, besides companies from different fields of activity, we are home to many players in the technology sector, from Atoss and Kromberg & Schubert to Vitesco Technologies and Tech Mahindra”, stated Mark Oancea, Managing Director within Vox Property Group, the developer and owner of the office project.
Vox Technology Park has a leasable area of 26,600 square meters and was delivered in Timisoara following an investment of EUR 30 million. The company is currently developing Vox Vertical Village residential project, in the immediate vicinity of the office project.
