The chatbot, Djingo, and voicebot, Djia, channels were increasingly requested by customers in Q2 2022, with an increased number of completed conversations, but also with new functionality launched, such as roaming or assistance in placing online orders. From Q2 2022, YOXO customers have even more benefits in the dedicated app, such as the launch of the YOXO online store where they have phones, accessories and connected items available in the store, without a contract and at advantageous prices. In addition, YOXO also started in Q2 a campaign to raise awareness of the impact on the environment that customers’ digital behaviors have and to promote actions that reduce this impact.
“We are in the middle of 2022, and the uncertain global geo-political and economic context have profoundly transformed the business area, the dynamism and resilience specific to our industry being severely tested. In this atypical landscape, we managed to realize many of the plans we started, such as the consistent expansion of our networks, to which was also added a new 5G presence in the North-East of the country, or the implementation of additional functionalities for digital channels and new launches YOXO, also experiencing steady growth in the B2B area. I thank the Orange teams for their involvement and perseverance, which ensured our performance throughout this semester”, said Liudmila Climoc, CEO of Orange Romania.
