CEC Bank granted a new financing of 8 million euros to Cerinvest Imobiliare, the developer of Fashion House Outlet Pallady.
“CEC Bank finances Romania’s economy, entrepreneurs and the financial needs of a modern society. We are glad that we can support the development of this project with a strong influence in the eastern area of the Capital. We will continue to support all projects that are viable. We want to be the home bank of all entrepreneurs,” said Laura Mihai, director of the Large Clients Department at CEC Bank.
The first phase of the Fashion House Outlet Pallady project was completed in 2021, with a leasable area of approximately 7,600 sqm. Among the tenants are brands such as Lee Cooper, US Polo, Sport Vision, Puma, Nike, Tom Tailor, English Home, etc.
The second phase of the Fashion House Outlet Pallady project involves the construction of a leasable area of approximately 5,700 square meters.
“The expansion of Fashion House 2 Pallady demonstrates the viability of the concept developed and operated by Liebrecht & Wood in Romania and in the region. The financing obtained from CEC Bank marks yet another successful stage of a larger and long-term partnership with the Belgian investor”, said Mihai Iordan, Managing Partner of PCF Investment Banking.
