Andreea Cotiga, CPI Romania: “One of our strategic priorities is to constantly invest in the development of office buildings to attract new tenants”

“The market of flexible workspaces has gained a lot of ground in recent years, especially after the pandemic and in the context of conflicts in the region. It is a type of product that manages to ensure flexibility at a time when the business environment is faced with uncertainty and a lower degree of predictability.

It is a growing market, but we are talking about a different demand and a different type of volume compared to traditional spaces. We operate such a flexible space in the myhive S-Park office building. It is a concept that we inaugurated in 2022 and which was a real success because it reached 100 percent occupancy in less than a year.

These spaces work very well. They represent a very good gadget for the building because they ensure flexibility that our tenants need,” Andreea Cotiga, Head of Leasing Office, CPI Romania said at Workplace of the Future conference organized by The Diplomat-Bucharest.

“We have a very well-equipped conference and event center, which contributes to the flexibility component. It is a successful center and we are seriously thinking about where to develop the second one.

Flexibility is one of the main pillars of the myhive concept, and things work very well for us and for the tenants in the building.

From the point of view of the employees’ experience, a workspace or an office building that ensures their comfort and well-being when they come to work is appreciated. It is important for employees to work in buildings that encourage the feeling of self-guidance, self-management and create a sense of autonomy for them, which reduce distractions of any kind.
