Freshful appoints Tudor Mihăilescu as new general manager

Freshful by eMAG online hypermarket appoints Tudor Mihăilescu to the position of general manager, with the mission of increasing the business to one billion lei.

Tudor Mihăilescu takes over this role from Andrei Popescu, who led Freshful for the last two years. Mihăilescu will continue to retain the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer within the eMAG Group, which he has held since 2022, since he is responsible for coordinating the growth projects of young companies in the eMAG group: Tazz, Fashion Days, PC Garage, Flip and Freshful.

Tudor Mihăilescu joined eMAG in 2019, in a period of expansion and material investments, from the position of Group Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer for Procter & Gamble Southeast Europe, from where he was also in charge of coordinating the business area. Between 2010 and 2013 he worked at Procter & Gamble headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Tudor has a degree in Finance-Banking from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
