STC Partners launches a new residential project in Bucharest
Real estate developer STC Partners has finalised the acquisition of land on Ferdinand Boulevard in the Foișorul de Foc area in Bucharest and announced the launch of the Quartier Ferdinand residential compound, a project with an estimated investment of almost 35 million Euro.
The 4,400-square-meter plot of land is located on 72-78 Ferdinand Boulevard, and was recently purchased by developer STC Partners from the Olaru family for 7.2 million Euro. The project already has the building permit authorization.
“We are delighted to add another exceptional project to our portfolio, which you have become accustomed to – our development standards are aligned with a safe, comfortable, and high-quality lifestyle. As in Quartier Azuga, this new project is also being developed with a focus on sustainability, where energy will be provided entirely by heat pumps and photovoltaic panels. We aim to realize one of the first urban projects of this size with net zero carbon emissions in Romania”, stated Adi Steiner – Managing Partner – STC Partners.
Quartier Ferdinand foresees 170 apartments, retail spaces, exclusively underground parking, a unique rooftop recreation area, and a children’s playground. The chosen materials for the project will reflect the highest quality standards.
“We will preserve the architectural heritage of the area and integrate a modern project, a new STC Partners branded development, in which we bring a change to the local landscape on a beautiful boulevard with a rich history for Bucharest. Construction will start in the fall of this year, and the sales are expected to start in the coming weeks, as many of our clients, partners, and collaborators have already requested offers”, adds Andrei Stefan, Partner STC Partners.
