Colliers appointed as project manager by Infineon Technologies for its new headquarters in Romania

German giant Infineon Technologies, a global semiconductor leader in power systems and IoT, has appointed Colliers as the project manager for its new Romanian headquarters, which will be built in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area of Bucharest by One United Properties. The total value of the contract, signed for a 15-year period starting in 2026, is 57 million euros (excluding VAT), making it one of the largest pre-leasing agreements ever recorded in the local office market.

The future headquarters of Infineon Technologies Romania, One Technology District, will be the largest semiconductor R&D center in Southeast Europe, with a gross leasable area of nearly 20,600 square meters, including 3,000 square meters of laboratories and 280 parking spaces. The building will meet the highest sustainability standards, integrating cutting-edge technologies to ensure an optimal working environment.

Colliers’ Construction Services division will provide project management services, representing Infineon at all stages of development—from design and construction to fit-out, value engineering, and value management, through to final handover.
