Notino exceeded a turnover of 1.1 billion euros in the last fiscal year
Notino, Europe’s largest e-shop for beauty and health products, exceeded a record turnover of 1.1 billion euros in the last fiscal year. Compared to the previous fiscal year, the turnover increased by around 30 percent. Romania accounted for 8.1 percent of the result.
Sales grew in all countries, the fastest in Estonia (108 percent) and Switzerland (82 percent). The largest foreign market is Poland, which accounted for 15 percent of the total turnover, followed immediately by the Czech market, which accounted for 14 percent of the total turnover.
Notino introduced this year a new automated sample container, which separates samples and adds them to shipments. Even the packaging of all orders is automated. “We handle up to 40 percent of all orders with an automatic packaging line, which saves up to 90 percent of plastic waste thanks to the vacuum and shrink film. The packaging is thus more efficient and sustainable,” said head of logistics Tomáš Hofer.
For fiscal year 2023, Notino shipped a total of 26 million shipments to customers, a fifth more than the previous year. Notino shipped a total of 75 million products per year. In the Czech Republic, the largest European e-commerce seller of beauty and health products sent the most packages to customers on December 18, exactly 138 thousand shipments, which is almost twice the daily average.
