We are at an inflection point where emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation are opening up new fronts of opportunity, but also of vulnerability. In a world where technology evolves rapidly, Romania must be prepared to face cyber challenges, and the energy sector is extremely important in the economy and national security.
The second edition of the Energy Cybersecurity Forum brings to the fore the need for high-level cooperation between all parties involved – governments, companies and experts – to develop effective strategies in the face of cyber risks. It is a unique opportunity to build innovative solutions to ensure the protection of critical infrastructures in the energy sector”, said Mihaela Rodica Suciu, Director General of DEER.
