DEER implemented projects worth over 230 million RON for intelligent electricity distribution systems in Galati, Oradea and Targu-Mures
Distributie Energie Electrica Romania (DEER) has implemented 3 projects for intelligent electricity distribution systems in Galati, Oradea, Targu-Mures.
The project in Galati had a total value of 93.4 million RON. The general objective of the project was to implement a smart electricity metering system for approximately 11,128 small domestic and non-domestic consumers.
The Oradea project had a total value of 94.4 million RON. The general objective of the project was to make investments in the energy infrastructure at the level of the Rogerius neighborhood in the Municipality of Oradea in order to reduce the average consumption of electricity, by implementing smart home electricity measurement systems and changing the behavior of users.
The project in Mures had a total value of 46.9 million RON. The general objective of the project was to implement an intelligent electricity metering system for approximately 10,496 mostly household consumers in Târgu Mureș, in order to reduce the average energy consumption.
In addition, DEER has implemented in Brasov county (Codlea, Ghimbav) a Smart Metering system (SMI) for approximately 10,231 small consumers, in order to reduce energy consumption. The project had a total value of 80.4 million RON.
