Gebrüder Weiss Romania signs contract extension with P3 Logistic Parks

P3 Logistic Parks and Gebrüder Weiss Romania have signed the prolongation contract for 22,400 sqm of warehouse and office space in P3 Bucharest A1.

“Gebrüder Weiss has been our tenant in P3 Bucharest A1 park since 2011 and we are proud that an international company, with such a vast experience in logistics, has chosen us as partners in their local expansion plans,” says Sinziana Pardhan, Managing Director P3 in Romania. “In 2017, they have extended their operations in the park by leasing an additional space of over 8,800 sqm, and now has decided to continue the long-term partnership with P3, by prolonging the leasing contracts for all 22,400 sqm occupied at the present moment.”

At the moment, Gebrüder Weiss România network in the country has 9 logistics terminals and cross-docking in Bucharest, Arad, Sibiu, Cluj, Bacău, Brașov, Constanța, Oradea and Craiova. The service portfolio has extended in the last year, including at the present moment road transport, rail transport, airline and shipping, logistics and warehousing solutions.

P3 Bucharest A1 park is the largest multifunctional park in Bucharest, having 380,000 sqm developed in 14 warehouses and a land bank with potential of delivery 100,000 sqm within 8-12 months, direct access to A1, ring road and direct rail connection to the 4th pan European corridor.
