We look forward to 2025, a year in which the program will continue to evolve and strengthen the solid partnership between CNR-CME and FEL,” said Ștefan Gheorghe, CEO of CNR – CME.
“The FEL program emerged from the desire to create a strong community of young professionals passionate about energy and future energy leaders in Romania. Congratulations for the way you contribute to the development of the FEL Romania program, the responsibility with which you approach each project, your involvement in the life of society and for your strength to build, not just promise. Much success and beautiful achievements to the new management team!”, added Elena Ratcu, Co-founder of the program and CNR – CME Advisor.
Olivian Savin continues his journey in the FEL Romania program, taking over the position of Executive Director, after two years in which he coordinated the activity of the organization’s Marketing and Communication department. Rareș Hurghiș coordinated the activity of FEL Romania for two terms and remains with the new team as Board Advisory.

“I am honored to take on the role of Executive Director of FEL Romania and grateful for the trust placed in me. I hope that, together with this dedicated team from the program, we will strengthen partnerships and continue to develop valuable skills, expertise and opportunities for young energy professionals, and last but not least, to strengthen the impact of our community by collaborating with the public, private and academic sectors. We aim for FEL Romania to be a platform that inspires, educates and supports the next generation of young professionals. The energy of the future depends on the leaders of tomorrow,” said Olivian Savin.
