CTP signs deal with Delamode for over 30,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), announces the expansion of its partnership with Delamode, a provider of freight management services. In CTPark Bucharest industrial park, located in the western part of Bucharest, Delamode is extending its lease and increasing its occupied space to 30,350 sqm.

The collaboration between the two companies began in 2017 when Delamode chose CTPark Bucharest industrial park to expand its logistics operations, initially occupying 18,500 sqm.

As Delamode’s business grew, its storage space increased progressively, reaching 25,000 sqm. This year, the company reaffirmed its commitment to its current location by extending its lease and expanding its space by an additional 5,500 sqm.

CTPark Bucharest is located on the A1 Motorway at kilometer 13, just a 15-minute drive from the Păcii and Preciziei metro stations. Spanning a total area of 57.9 hectares with 570,000 sqm of built space, the park offers essential amenities, including a canteen, a medical center, and extensive green areas.

Built to BREEAM standards, CTPark Bucharest offers Class A warehouses for lease, with flexible spaces starting from 1,500 sqm, fully equipped to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
