Asahi, the owner of Ursus Breweries in Romania, has appointed Dragoș Constantinescu as CEO

Asahi Group Holdings (AGH) has promoted Dragoș Constantinescu to the position of CEO of its European and international operations (excluding Japan, Australia and Asia), effective April 1, 2025, following the decision of CEO Paolo Lanzarotti to retire from executive activity.
Dragoș Constantinescu will also become a member of the Executive Board of AGH, headquartered in Tokyo. He led the local operations of Ursus Breweries and those of Dreher in Hungary between 2019 and 2021, after which he took on the role of Managing Director for Asahi Europe & International operations in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Michał Mrowiec, who has led Ursus Breweries since 2023, will take over the position previously held by Dragoș Constantinescu, becoming CEO for Asahi in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Austria. The appointment of a new Managing Director for Ursus Breweries will be announced shortly.
