There are companies for which is mandatory to people to work in the field, you cannot implement a policy from working from home. There are companies that have to manage a situation and balance the office work and WFH, while keeping in mind the people’s safety and organize the workstreams so that the safety protocols are respected.
But working remotely is not only a challenge, but it also comes with opportunities for some companies. By remote working, an organization can involve more people in the work process and manage a larger amount of inputs. The interactions between different teams can also be enhanced by remote working.
