Dunwell brokered for Maspex the lease of industrial space in Global Vision’s Constanta warehouse
Rio Bucovina, distributor of non-alcoholic beverages and food products, part of Maspex Group, has extended their warehousing area in the largest logistic park in SE of Romania – Constanta Business Park, belonging to Global Vision and Globalworth developers. The transaction was brokered by Dunwell, the only real-estate agency in Romania specialized in industrial brokerage.
Maspex, part of Maspex Wadowice, one of the largest Polish investors in Romania, has thus broadened its map for national distribution with yet another strategic point, from which products will efficiently reach all distributors in south-east Romania.

According to Dunwell experts, relocation of distributors and producers is very frequent from B class to high standard, efficient A class warehouses. Thus, the warehousing, but also the handling, become more safe and cost-efficient.
