Ipsos Interactive Services extends lease agreement within Riverplace building owned by CA Immo
Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS), the third largest market research company worldwide, has decided to extend the lease agreement for the company’s headquarters within the Riverplace building owned by CA Immo. The analysis and leasing process were conducted by the real estate consultancy company Griffes.
“Riverplace is one of the best properties in the centre-west of Bucharest, with a very high rate of renewal of tenants’ contracts over time, even before the area became an office one. We are happy to have contributed to defining Ipsos needs for the coming years; the strategy and common conclusions we have reached have revealed Riverplace as the best real estate solution for the company’s plans”, said Andreea Paun, Managing Partner Griffes.
Ipsos, a French company, has an extensive presence in over 89 countries, employing over 16,000 specialists and serving over 5,000 customers. The company has been a tenant in the CA Immo’s portfolio since 2007 and has extended the lease agreement for an occupied office space of 6,000 sqm, with an additional 6-year term.

The company owns “landmark”, A-class properties in central locations, with unique architectural features and state-of-the-art technical specifications, including Riverplace. Riverplace is a 47,000 sqm compound consisting of two buildings that benefit from an excellent infrastructure, located in the very dynamic centre-west area of Bucharest.
