eVote, a company promoting easy access to GMS, joins ARIR

The Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) is delighted to anounce that eVote, a company that provides a complete solution for easy participation at the General Meeting of Shareholders, joins ARIR as an Affiliate Member.

eVote has developed an online platform for participation at the General Meetings of Shareholders that offers flexibility and ensures better connectivity between the company and its shareholders. The advantages of such a platform consist in optimizing material and time resources, promoting transparency and responsability of the companies towards shareholders, assuring accuracy in terms of voting count and quorum, attendance calculations and certified voting.

eVote was founded by Bogdan Iliescu, one of the most experienced investment bankers in Romania, with over 20 years of experience in privatizations, mergers, acquisitions and capital markets, Mihai Chișu, one of the most appreciated brokers in the domestic capital market and Ionuț Albu, IT entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building innovative business models, with the objective to offer solutions for the Romanian capital market.

eVote is the fifth organization to join ARIR as Affiliate Member.

ARIR was founded at the initiative of Daniela Șerban in November 2018 together with the founding members: Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), ALRO, Electromagnetica, Franklin Templeton Management – Bucharest office, Hidroelectrica, Nuclearelectrica, Teraplast, Transelectrica, Cosmin Răduță and Tony Romani. Electrica, OMV Petrom, Antibiotice, Purcari, Idea Bank, BRK Financial Group, Banca Transilvania, Transgaz and Biofarm joined the community as Associate Members. INNOVA Project Consulting, ENVISIA, RTPR and Intercapital Invest became Affiliate Members.
