The “Labor Pact” Board wants consultations with all political parties in Romania
After a series of debates that have taken place in the last two years in the largest economic and university centers in the country, the Board of the “Labor Pact” projects wants to meet with representatives of all political parties to discuss in detail the measures proposed by the business environment, employers and trade unions, in order to create a functional labor market, adapted to the current economic reality.
PPM Board, composed of representatives of the National Confederation for Women Entrepreneurship (CONAF), the Federation of Employers of Oil and Gas (FPPG), the Employers ‘Confederation Concordia, the Employers’ Confederation of Romanian Industry (CONPIROM), the National Council of Small and Medium Private Enterprises Romania , the Association for the Development of Local Entrepreneurship (ADAA), the National Association of Entrepreneurs (ANAA), Eurolines Romania Group, the Academy of Economic Studies, the University of Bucharest and SCA Magda Volonciu and Associates, requested meetings with all political parties for discussions. agreeing on the measures proposed under the “Labor Pact” project and creating a political consensus at national level so that these measures are supported, implemented and adopted at governmental level.
During the debates, solutions and strategies were identified that, in the short and medium term, can contribute to balancing the labor market in Romania and to creating a legislative framework to ensure a coherent evolution of the labor market.
