Real estate developer Hagag starts construction works on H Eliade 9 Residence project

Real estate developer Hagag Development Europe started construction works for its residential project H Eliade 9 Residence. Development budget amounts to 16 million Euro. Around 40% of the available units have been already sold in the pre-construction phase.

Once completed, the project will display a height regime of UG + D + GF + 4F, 35 apartments of two, three and four rooms, and duplexes of five and six rooms, with surfaces up to 440 square meters, large terraces, English gardens for the basement units and 62 underground parking spaces.

The building will enjoy integrated Smart-Home systems, ventilated facades, central heating and solar panels, individual VRV cooling system for each unit, armoured doors for the apartments’ entrance, CCTV surveillance systems in the common areas, solid wood flooring, frameless filomuro doors, slip-resistance flooring for the kitchen area and aluminium profiles. The use of large glass surfaces is designed to provide an efficient transition from the indoor to the outdoor spaces, offering an abundance of natural light, as well as a feeling of freedom and continuity. Moreover, H Eliade 9 Residence residents will enjoy facilities similar to those available in exclusive hotels, such as an impressive atrium area or dedicated 24/7 concierge services.
