German wire harness systems supplier leased 2,000 sqm office space in Vox Technology Park
German wire harness systems producer for the automotive industry Kromberg & Schubert leased 2,000 square meters of office space in Vox Technology Park from Timisoara.
Kromberg & Schubert is one of the most important automotive suppliers from Romania, with three factories in Arad, Sibiu and Timis, and a research and development centre in Sibiu. The company has over 3.500 employees in Romania.
”Future success depends on our flexibility and relocating our office in Vox Technology Park will ensure us of that. We signed last year a contract for seven years and we will continue to develop in Romania. We already relocated our offices in the new space, where our team will benefit from the best conditions, ideal for developing and nurturing”, stated Marius Petrică, commercial director within Kromberg & Schubert Romania Ti.
In May last year, Vox Technology Park went through an intensive campaign of implementing preventive and security measures. Two thermal body scanners were acquired and installed, cleaning and air filtration devices (nebulizers) were installed in the conference rooms, sensor devices were installed in all the common areas and bathrooms and the traffic flow of the entire building was redesigned.
”We’ve worked very hard throughout the last year and all these closed transactions give us confidence that we’re doing a great job. We also increased the health safety in the building and more and more employees are eager to come to the office more often. We stood side by side with all of our tenants and partners and, although it was difficult, 2020 was a year with exceptional results for Vox Technology Park and we have similar goals for 2021 also”, stated Mark Oancea, development director Vox Property Group, the developer and owner of the office project.
Vox Technology Park has a leasable area of 26,600 square meters and was completed in Timisoara following an investment of 30 million euros.
