Corneliu Bodea, Adrem: “We need to have a growth mindset to surpass future difficulties”

“I believe that in order to have a good mindset for going through challenges you have to trust in your capabilities. 2020 gave us the chance to come back to our values. It gave me the chance to look at the values and check them once again. I was happy to see that values we believe in are still good values. Strategies are built on solid values. 2020 gave us the chance of introspection and gratitude,” Corneliu Bodea, CEO Adrem Invest & President at Romanian Energy Center (CRE) said during the Leaders Debate within The Diplomat Awards Gala 2021.

“We experience a bigger focus on corporate governance in past years. We can see that we are now in front of a democratization of capital. Leadership should be about sharing ideas with your people, empowering people to have a collective leadership. We need to have a growth mindset to surpass future difficulties. This mindset should be based on cooperation.”
