Half of Arad mall sold for six million Euro

ARAD Atrium Centers, the developer of Atrium Center mall Arad, has sold 50 per cent of the shopping centre to the constructor of the project, Arcadom, part of Hungarian group TriGranit for six million Euro.
Atrium Centers is owned by British equity fund Dawnay, Day Carpathian. Atrium Arad opened last month and is one of the four shopping malls the developer was planning to open in Romania, in cities such as Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Cluj Napoca and Arad.
The mall has a total lettable area of 30,000 sqm with a Cinema City, food retailer Billa and cosmetics retailer Sephora among the tenants.
