ANI charges Government officials

The National Agency for Integrity (ANI) charged ministers Eduard Raul Hellvig, Ovidiu Silaghi and former minister Liviu Pop with conflict of interest, incompatibility and unjustified income. Minister of Regional Development and Tourism, Eduard Raul Hellvig, was found incompatible between May 7, 2012 and October 31, 2012, when he simultaneously held the Minister and the manager of Sintezis Birotica positions. Minister of Transport and Infrastrucutre Ovidiu Silaghi was accused of unjustified revenues amounting to about 50,000 Euro. Ex-minister of Education, Research, Youth and Sport, Liviu Pop, was charged with conflict of interest and abuse of office against the public interest.
