AFI Palace Cotroceni: 2.5 million monthly customer footfall

Opened last Autumn, AFI Europe’s shopping mall in west Bucharest - AFI Palace Cotroceni - has reached a monthly customer traffic of 2.5 million.
“January was a surprise for us, as we were expecting a low number of visitors after the winter holidays, but the number of visitors was much higher,” says Shimon Ben Hamo, CEO of AFI Romania.
The 300 million Euro mall covers 241,000 sqm and includes 250 shops, a skating rink, the first IMAX cinema in Romania and two casinos.
