Two thirds of Nusco Tower rented
STRADA BARBU VACARESCU Around 60 per cent of new 50 million Euro office block Nusco Tower has so far been rented. Opened last month on Strada Barbu Vacarescu near the Dinamo Bucuresti football ground, the tower is the first realised project in Romania from Italian real estate developer Nusco Imobiliara. The developer says it will start the building its next office project, Nusco Building, near Gara Herastrau, once Nusco Tower is fully rented. “Our customers are mainly large multinational companies and they want to rent space for the long term, a minimum of five years,” says Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Grup.
