Immoeast buys Polus Center Constanta from Trigranit

Austrian investment fund Immoeast acquired 85 per cent of the Polus Center mall, built in Constanta by Hungarian developer TriGranit, the magazine Capital informs. Immoeast paid one Euro for the mall, which is still under development, as it also took over the 40 million Euro debts of TriGranit. The 50,000 sqm mall was evaluated at 185 million Euro in 2007. This is the second mall bought by the Austrian investment fund from TriGranit, after Immoeast paid 210 million Euro for Polus Center Cluj in the year of 2006.
