Three Family Centers due for year-end
GIURGIU, BOTOSOANI, RAMNICU VALCEA Real estate developers Oasis Development and Austrian Real4You Immobilien opened the shopping centre Family Center in Giurgiu and will open two more Family Centers in Botosani and in Ramnicu Valcea this month December 2010 - From the Print Edition
The Giurgiu centre is a seven million Euro investment and has a gross lettable area of 4,260 sqm, as well as 430 parking spaces. The shopping centre has German retailer Kaufland as anchor tenant and hosts fashion retailers Takko and Deichmann, household appliances retailer Altex and health and beauty chain DM.
The concept addresses low and medium income buyers and has also been developed by the two companies in Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Croatia. ■
