Auchan-anchored retail park for Craiova
CRAIOVA The Mulliez family, owners of retail chains Auchan, Decathlon and Leroy Merlin, have bought in partnership with Belgian developer BelRom group, a 12-hectare plot of the Electroputere Craiova industrial platform in Craiova, Dolj county December 2010 - From the Print Edition
The two buyers paid 30 million Euro for the land plot.
The Mulliez family will use the area to open an Auchan hypermarket and Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and Kiabi stores.
BelRom representatives will rent out a 25,000 sqm area to around 100 tenants, Ziarul Financiar informs. ■
