Green buildings prepare for the mainstream
As Romania prepares for a new wave of green buildings, their developers hope this is only just the beginning.

Romania’s real estate is still far from recovery - rents are falling, supply is high, vacancy is rising, tenants are more aggressive in their demands, while landlords are more creative in how to charge for services.
Therefore every developer needs to find a point of difference to ensure their building is elevated to a higher status than their rivals.
