Carrefour to open a new supermarket in Iasi

Carrefour opens the 49th supermarket in the country, in Iasi. The store is the 2nd Carrefour Market in the city, while in January this year the retailer opened a supermarket in Iulius Mall Shopping Center. In 2007 Carrefour opened its first hypermarket in the city, Iasi Felicia, and in 2008 the second hypermarket, Iasi Era. The new Carrefour Market located downtown, in Central Hall Commercial Complex, operates a sales area of approximately 800 square meters and business model focuses on a range of about 5,500 products and offer over 1,000 items including Carrefour own brand.
