"The admission to trading on the regulated market of BVB (in the Sector Equities - Class III Shares) of the company′s shares is a significant step to access the capital market, and a great way to increase visibility and recognition of the company among investors and business partners," said Georgios Tsamis, president of NQE Holdings. "In the coming years, the company aims to create value for the shareholders, investors and clients in Southeastern Europe, starting with the implementation of 10 MW of renewable energy capacity (solar parks and hydro projects) and the development of three ‘green' real estate projects in Romania."
In Q3 2013, NQE Holding delivered a 1.09-Mwp solar park in Bolintin Deal, Giurgiu county. The company′s projects going through the licensing process include three solar parks in Codlea, Brasov county, namely Codlea Alpha (2.15 Mwp), Codlea Unu (1.6 Mwp) and Codlea Bravo (2.15 Mwp), with delivery due in Q3 2014, and another one in Bolintin Deal with a capacity of 1.58 Mwp and delivery in Q4 2015. Moreover, the company is involved in developing real estate, logistics and residential projects in Bucharest, Buftea, Mogosoaia, Glina (Ilfov county) and Ulmi (Giurgiu county).
"Our mission is to combine investments with sustainability," said Argyrios Volis, the general manager of the company. "NQE is set to become a vehicle to pursue real estate and renewable energy investments with a view to produce a Return on Equity of 14 to 20 percent over the next ten years in a combination of cash/dividends starting from 2013 from RES projects and capital gains from property investments from 2015 to 2018," he added. NQE Holdings has been traded on the RASDAQ market since 1996.
