Orange Romania rents nearly 14,000 sqm in Green Court Bucharest
Orange Romania signed a leasing contract within Green Court Bucharest, developed by Swedish company Skanska, the constructor announced 2014-08-09 00:21:55 - From the Print Edition
Following the transaction, the office building reached 90 per cent occupancy rate. Orange rented eight levels within the A-building of the office complex and the relocation process will start in the fall of this year for the 1,500 employees of the telecom operator. The transaction has been managed by BNP Paribas. The constructor also announced that the works for the B-office building will be completed in the second half of 2015, according to Skanska data provided by Marcin Lapinski, president of Skanska Property Romania. Green Court is an A-class office building of 52,000 sqm distributed in three buildings with 12 levels each, to be certified LEED Gold. The complex is located in Northern Bucharest.
Currently, Orange Romania has its headquarters in Europe House owned by CA Immo Group, the office building located in Victoriei Square. Following a statement of CA Immo Real Estate Management Romania officials, the telecom operator will relocate the operations from Iride Business Park, the office complex owned by Austrian group Immofinanz.
