Uniqa: entering into health and life insurance

General insurers Uniqa Asigurari will launch a health insurance portfolio of products at the beginning of 2010 and later in the year will launch life insurance brand Uniqa Asigurari de Viata.
In one year Uniqa Asigurari has become a competitive player on the market, succeeding to increase its profits on its previous incarnation by 260 per cent, to about 1.2 million Euro.
