Immofinanz sells several lands in the Adama portfolio
Immofinanz, one of the largest real estate investors in Romania, announced the sale of two land plots in Bucharest and Voluntari from the Adama portfolio. 2017-11-02 12:52:42
Another transaction for a land in the center of Bucharest will be completed in November. The three properties have a total area of approximately 36,000 sqm. The company will also conclude sales contracts for other Adama plots in the near future.
"These transactions are a natural step in our strategy of focusing on retail and office properties," said Sorin Visoianu, Country Manager Operations for Immofinanz Romania. "We will continue to sell the remaining properties that are not part of our core business in order to consolidate our business."
The transactions were assisted by CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. A land plot is located on Ghencea Boulevard in Bucharest and has an area of 12,000 sqm and the other is located on Erou Iancu Nicolae Street in Voluntari, with an area of 13,000 sqm. Moreover, the company will complete the sale of another 10,800 sqm of land on Vasile Lascar Street in Bucharest in November. The parties agreed not to disclose other details about the transactions.
Other lands, located in Bucharest, with a total area of 70,000 square meters, are in the process of being sold in the next period.
